All the good ones are dying it seems... gah, I know that sounds angsty, but two in one week is alot. Maurice Sendak, I hear, thought about death alot. You know who else thought about death alot? Why, Peter Steele, of course... even faking his own death back in 2005, and often joking about it. In that vein... totally no pun... here's Type 0 Negative's Everything Dies (above), and Everyone I Love Is Dead (below)...
And while were on Peter Steele, again no pun intended, and getting past the death stuff, and moving on... today North Carolina votes on enshrining their ban of gay marriage in their state constitution... and though I'm neither gay nor in North Carolina, it's a sad thing to see people fight so hard to preserve a screwed up status quo... so this is for all those folks who are afraid of their own demographic decline and other peoples sexuality...
